Holiday Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
   • This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States aged 18 years or older.
   • Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the giveaway sponsor are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Period
   • The giveaway begins on Friday December 6, 2024 and ends on Friday, January 3, 2025 at 11:59PM EST. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.
3. How to Enter
   • To enter, participants must fully complete the holiday giveaway survey and provide accurate contact information.
   • Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
4. Prize
   • One winner will receive a $25 gift card to Starbucks.
   • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
5. Winner Selection
   • The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
   • The winner will be notified by email or phone within 72 hours after the giveaway closes.
   • If the winner does not respond before Friday, January 10th at 11:59PM EST, another winner will be selected.
6. Publicity Release
   • By entering, participants agree to have their name or likeness shared on the sponsor’s social media channels for promotional purposes if selected as the winner. (i.e. “Winner of the Holiday Giveaway is John S.!”)
7. Limitation of Liability
   • CambridgeHomeLoan.com is not responsible for any technical difficulties, incomplete entries, or lost submissions.
   • By entering, participants agree to release the sponsor from any liability related to the giveaway or prize.
8. Privacy
   • Any personal information collected during the giveaway will only be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway and for future marketing communications in accordance with the sponsor’s privacy policy.
9. Miscellaneous
   • The sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time without notice.
   • By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
