Military personnel and their spouses or dependents who provide valid I.D. are eligible for free services including: Free 3 pieces of checked baggage, free oversized checked baggage, 1 free carry-on bag, free boarding pass printing, free seat assignments, 1 free pet in cabin, an free priority boarding.
Active duty military personnel and their families save 10% when traveling with Amtrak. The discount only applies to regular fares and may not be combined with other discounts. Uniformed personnel and family members are also welcome to the head of any Amtrak line. Amtrak ended the 15% discount for veterans through Veterans Advantage in March 2018
Active and retired U.S Military receive reduced rates when they provide proof of service to Carnival’s Interline Desk by email, fax, or snail mail. These documents must be delivered to Carnival within 72 hours, unless the cruise is departing in under a week. In that case, proof of service must be received within 24 hours in order for the discount to apply.

JetBlue offers special discounts, fares, airport assistance, and other services to military veterans and active duty. Vets who are enrolled in Veterans Advantage receive a 5% discount on travel, and there’s also a special military fare class (MIL) for active duty military personnel who are not traveling on orders. You are required to show your DoD Common Access Card in order to receive these special military offers.

Additionally, Tickets are available at discounted prices, varies by location, on military bases and installations through the MWR or ITT recreation offices. Quantities are unlimited with a valid military or DoD ID. Discounted tickets are NOT available at the parks.
